THE GIRL SHE’S ALWAYS BEEN
COOPED UP AND CAUGHT UP
ON HER FAVE
REALITY SHOWS AND INTERNET
TAKING FULL ADVANTAGE
OF THE DIGITAL ESCAPES
THAT SHE CAN GET
READING AND LEARNING
INDULGING IN PLEASURES
GOING DOWN THE RABBIT HOLES
OF SOCIETY’S HIDDEN TREASURES
FATE AGAINST OUR WILL
ARE WE REALLY IN CONTROL?
BY NOW THEY KNOW
HOW EASY IT IS
INFLUENCING HUMANS
AS A WHOLE
THE REAL HOUSEWIVES
AND DEEP NOSE DIVES
INTO COMPANIES FORGING
THE FUTURE
FEELING ISOLATED
IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE
POPULARITY JUST DOESN’T SUIT HER.
SATISFIED AND JUSTIFIED
WITH A NEVER-ENDING THIRST
DREAMING OF POSSIBILITIES
LIKE A SCI-FI FANTASY
SUSTAINABILITY BEING PUT FIRST
A NEW BORN FUTURIST
USING OPEN ENDED TIME
TO ABSORB IDEAS COMING TO FRUITION
MORE SURVEILLANCE FOR OUR CRIMES
TANGIBLE AND AUTOMATED
FULLY COHESIVE
AND CALIBRATED
AN INVASION DISGUISED AS CONVENIENCE
THESE ARE THE THOUGHTS SHE SITS WITH DAILY
EBBING AND FLOWING IN SOME KIND OF SEQUENCE
MANIFESTING HOPE,
A GREATER WAY OF LIVING
A SEAMLESS INTEGRATION
WITH MACHINES THAT KEEP ON GIVING
OH THERE SHE IS,
WITH THE WORLD ON HER MIND
GIVING INTO WONDEROUS PONDERING
AND DISASSOCIATING FROM TIME
CURIOUS ABOUT THINGS SHE’S NEVER SEEN
AND THAT’S JUST HOW SHE’S ALWAYS BEEN
THE NEVER-ENDINGLY INQUISITIVE

They Love to Steal Their Light – A Poem of Mine

they fake value you
just to devalue you
over and over and over again
it’s a pleasure that tickles them
it makes you confused with them
a sick little game that wont come to an end
they shock you and shatter you
emotionally batter you
it’s crazy the message that it sends
that you’re nothing, never was
and wont be
all because
of their sickness
their delusion
the fact that they’re always right
they get addicted to easy targets
they love to steal their light

Another List of Things to Research [2]

This pandemic, or plan demic as some say… paved the way for many people who are now “stuck” at home to look into certain things that are going on in the world. Understandably, we are blinded by our lives and entertainment, who has the time to actually look into things, right? If you ever feel interested, I’m going to be producing lists of things that I’m looking into. [If only to mentally unload the clutter on my devices for later if nobody actually clicks on these blogs lol] I’m not about to say I’m in-the-know, but these are very real things occurring and advancing very quickly behind the scenes. Do some research, and I’ll leave a crumb trail. It’s super interesting… super fascinating… what a time to be alive.
